As the public face and guiding force of 360, the CEO unites science, medicine, and operations into a cohesive model that elevates responder health nationwide. This role demands a balance of strategic foresight, business acumen, and deep respect for the responder community—ensuring that every decision advances both impact and sustainability.

Winslow Cervantes, M.B.A. – Chief Administrative Officer

Winslow provides strategic and operational leadership for all financial, administrative, and human resource functions at 360. This role ensures the organization’s infrastructure is sound, scalable, and aligned with its mission to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to responders across the nation.

With expertise in financial management, compliance, and organizational systems, Winslow builds the foundation that keeps the organization running—balancing fiscal discipline with the flexibility needed in a fast-growing, mission-driven environment.

Kepra Jack, R.N. – Chief Operations Officer

Kepra leads the operational, logistical, and systems infrastructure that powers 360. With a deep background in occupational health and program execution, this role ensures every aspect of the organization—from clinical flow to data systems to personnel management—runs seamlessly and sustainably.

Building on proven leadership at Heart Fit for Duty, Kepra is moving her expertise to ensure that innovative ideas become practical, scalable operations that deliver exceptional care to responders nationwide

Denise Smith, Ph.D. – Chief Research & Strategy Officer

Denise provides scientific leadership and strategic direction for all research, education, and innovation efforts across 360. This role ensures that all programs, partnerships, and clinical models remain grounded in rigorous evidence, operational relevance, and measurable outcomes.

As one of the founding scientific voices in responder health in general and cardiovascular health specifically, Denise bridges research and practice—turning data into programs that improve performance, resilience, and long-term health for first responders.

Joshua Zeidler, D.O. – Chief Medical Officer

Josh provides strategic clinical leadership for 360, ensuring the highest standards of care, safety, and scientific integrity across all medical programs. Josh drives the integration of occupational medicine, primary care, and behavioral health within a comprehensive, prevention-first model designed specifically for first responders.

As both a practicing physician and systems thinker, the CMO oversees clinical protocols, quality assurance, and interdisciplinary coordination—translating evidence and experience into care models that improve readiness, recovery, and long-term health outcomes.

Sara Jahnke, Ph.D. – Chief Innovation Officer

Sara drives the strategic vision and translational framework for 360. This role ensures that the latest research in behavioral health, prevention science, and occupational health is transformed into scalable, field-ready programs that improve the well-being and readiness of first responders nationwide.

Combining scientific expertise with real-world application, Sara leads the integration of evidence-based innovations across behavioral, physical, and organizational health systems—closing the gap between what we know and what we do.

Stacy Doyle, Ph.D. – Clinical Systems Architect

Stacy is responsible for designing, integrating, and operationalizing a responder-focused clinical care model that aligns evidence-based medicine with occupational health standards and real-world fire/EMS operations. With 3 decades of healthcare experience and management expertise, Stacy brings a deep understanding of infrastructure needs and scalability. Stacy is responsible for designing the clinical care architecture that integrates prevention, primary care, behavioral health, specialty care, rehabilitation, and return-to-duty within a unified responder-centered model.
